The powder butterfly valve is mainly used for opening and closing the material box, hopper and silo with powder or granular materials. It can be applied to the treatment of all powdery and granular materials. The valve uses the gravity of the material to intercept the flow and pneumatically transport dry materials. It can be installed under the hopper, bin, silo, screw or other types of conveyor.

The powder butterfly valve is composed of two half-valve bodies cast by gravity. The half-valve body is made of aluminum alloy, and the rotary valve plate is made of polymer material, which has good sealing performance. The round flange with the same top and bottom has a top flange and a flanged part, suitable for a flexible sleeve.
